Beta

Privacy Policy

Plain-language beta policy for later legal review. Last updated 11 August 2026.

Information we collect

EasyStok stores names, email addresses, business details, products, variants, inventory records, and immutable stock history. Early Access stores the submitted email, source, IP address, and user agent. Contact submissions store the submitted name, email, and message.

Authenticated feedback stores the submitting user and business, feedback type, subject, message, review status, and the EasyStok page URL when provided. Do not include passwords, session details, or other sensitive information in feedback.

Authentication sessions, password-reset records, application logs, IP addresses, user agents, and technical error details may be processed where needed to operate and secure the service. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.

How information is used

We use this information to provide accounts and inventory features, maintain security, respond to enquiries and feedback, diagnose problems, and improve the beta.

Business isolation

Inventory data is scoped to business memberships. Users should only access businesses they belong to. Authorized platform administrators may access limited system-wide counts, support records, and submitted feedback for operating the pilot.

Retention and account deletion

Account deletion removes the user and memberships when ownership rules allow it. Business inventory and stock history may remain for audit continuity, with the former actor no longer identified. Operational records may be retained where reasonably required for security, recovery, or legal obligations.

Cookies and sharing

EasyStok uses essential session and security cookies. We do not sell personal data. Service providers may process information where needed to host, secure, back up, or deliver the service.
